In terms of products, Gerber offers a wide range of items including knives, multi-tools, cutting tools, and outdoor gear. They also offer a customization service where customers can choose from different colors, materials, and images to customize their perfect knife or multi-tool.

As for services, Gerber provides a warranty for their products. They guarantee everything they make, because they know customers seek value and durability in the gear they choose to carry. Gerber is proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty in North America, and a 25 year limited warranty outside of North America. Gerber products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer owns the product. At Gerber’s option, defective product will be repaired, replaced, or substituted with a product of equal value. This warranty does not cover damaged product due to misuse or abuse, sharpening, normal wear and tear, accidental damage or industrial/commercial use. For cutting tools, Gerber shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. International Warranty Requests: This form services the United States, its territories, and Canada only. For requests outside of the US, please send an email to pdxwarranty@gerbergear.com. Warranty FAQ Do I need to send my defective item into the factory? At this time, you do not need to send items into the factory unless told to do so. This will likely only happen in the case of a custom item, or when a repair is authorized. My Gerber product was lost or stolen. Will you replace it? No, stolen or lost products are not covered under warranty. Gerber's warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. I live outside of North America, how do I submit a warranty claim? To submit a warranty claim outside of North America, please email pdxwarranty@gerbergear.com. Is my Customized item covered under warranty? Yes, like all Gerber products, customized items are covered under the Gerber Guarantee. What if the item I am hoping to replace is discontinued? If the replacement item is discontinued, you will be given the option for a similar item as replacement or store credit to gerbergear.com. The black finish on my blade is peeling or coming off. Is there anything I can do? Will Gerber Gear warranty the finish or refinish the product? A black Teflon or black oxide coating is applied to specific knives for ornamental reasons.
